ARPA Emergency Home Repair Program

Provide emergency home repairs for tribal members who own homes and have suffered negative economic impacts due to the COVID-19 public health emergency, including but not limited to unemployment, housing insecurity, food insecurity, decreased income, and increased expenses, and who have uninhabitable or substandard housing conditions that present an increased risk of COVID-19 transmission or that interfere with the ability of household members to quarantine, isolate, or otherwise comply with COVID-19-related health measures.
